Activated alumina hydrogen peroxide regenerant

The activated alumina specifically designed for hydrogen peroxide is of the X-ρ type, featuring white balls and strong water adsorption capacity. The special activated alumina for hydrogen peroxide has many capillary channels and a large surface area. It is also determined by the strength of the polarity of the adsorbed substance. It has a strong affinity for water, oxides, acetic acid, alkali, etc. It is a micro-water deep desiccant and also an adsorbent for adsorbing polar molecules.
This product is used for the regeneration of degradation products in the working solution during the anthraquinone hydrogen peroxide production process, especially in the production facilities that use palladium catalysts and three-component nickel catalysts. Currently, there is no ideal method for regenerating the working solution, and it mainly relies on activated alumina for regeneration. It is an indispensable chemical material for the production of hydrogen peroxide. After being tested and evaluated by many domestic hydrogen peroxide industry companies and applied in industry, it has been found to have less floating powder, low wear, large specific surface area, strong regeneration capacity, long service life, and is comparable to similar foreign products. It is currently an ideal product in the domestic hydrogen peroxide industry.
